1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide core functionality, including:

• Account & authentication: your SPT API Token obtained via Telegram @solver, and credentials used to authenticate with spt.sol.win.
• Local settings & strategies: extension configuration stored in chrome.storage, including strategy rules, monitor toggles, sound preferences, language, and take-profit/stop-loss parameters.
• Public page content: when you browse authorized sites such as gmgn.ai, bankr.bot, and x.com / twitter.com, the Extension reads publicly displayed content on those pages (e.g., tweets, token info, wallet activity, Bankr launch cards) for monitoring, alerts, and automation.
• Trading & AI requests: AI analysis, fact-checking, OG lookup, Bankr risk analysis, and transaction build/send requests you initiate through spt.sol.win, along with related parameters.
• Technical logs: extension version, error diagnostics, and necessary request metadata sent to spt.sol.win (excluding private keys).

2. How We Use Information

• Provide core features such as tweet stream, wallet monitoring, Bankr monitoring, and strategy automation.
• Call AI and trading APIs on spt.sol.win to return analysis results or perform actions you confirm.
• Persist your preferences across browser sessions.
• Handle version checks, recharge, and account binding services.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve performance and user experience.

3. Storage & Retention

• Local storage: most settings and caches are kept in your browser’s extension storage and can be removed by uninstalling the Extension or clearing extension data.
• Server storage: authentication, AI, and transaction-related data sent to spt.sol.win is transmitted over encrypted channels and retained only as long as needed; log data is typically kept for no more than 90 days unless required by law.
• We do not collect or store your wallet private keys, seed phrases, or GMGN account passwords.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data only when:

• Required to operate spt.sol.win and its infrastructure providers for AI analysis, account verification, and transaction building.
• You interact with third-party platforms (GMGN, Bankr, X/Twitter), which are governed by their own privacy policies; the Extension does not control those platforms.
• Required to comply with law, legal process, or to protect users and the public.

5. Permissions

The Extension requests the following Chrome permissions for declared functionality:

• storage — save settings, strategies, and local caches.
• scripting / tabs — inject scripts and read page information on authorized GMGN, Bankr, and X pages.
• alarms — scheduled auto-refresh of GMGN / Bankr tabs to keep monitoring active.
• sidePanel — open the Extension monitor panel.
• tts — optional voice alerts (can be disabled in settings).
• Host permissions for gmgn.ai, bankr.bot, x.com, twitter.com, spt.sol.win — access only these sites to provide related features.

6. Your Rights

• Access & correction: view or edit most local configuration in Extension settings.
• Deletion: uninstall the Extension and clear extension data to remove local storage; contact us to request deletion of server-side account data.
• Withdraw consent: stop using and uninstall the Extension to stop further processing (subject to legal retention requirements).

7. Security

We use HTTPS for transmission and apply reasonable access controls and safeguards on our servers. No method of transmission is 100% secure; please keep your SPT Token confidential and do not share it.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we may notify you via the Extension or this website.
